In the unofficial kick off to tourism season, the world's largest boat show returns to Ft. Lauderdale Wednesday. The 63rd annual Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show expected to bring 100-thousand visitors over the 5 days-leaving a huge economic impact in its wake. Mayor Dean Trantalis says the show is comparable to hosting a Super Bowl, bringing in more than a billion dollars and supporter over 8,000 full-time jobs. New features this year include the Broward Convention Center's culinary experience, superyacht village and complimentary admission for first responders.
