TAMPA -- After getting postponed by Hurricane Ian, Tampa International Airport is holding its hiring day Tuesday (October 25).
Almost 400 positions are up for grabs.
The event takes place at the Main Terminal Event Space on Level 3, between the Airside E and Airside F shuttles.
Fifteen businesses are looking to hire. Representatives from Southwest Airlines, TSA, FedEx and Airborne will be holding meetings and taking applications. The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is also looking for new hires.
Managers say they want to see several copies of a resume and two forms of ID. Parking in the Long Term Parking Garage will be validated.
The airport says more than 500 people attended the last hiring event in February.
