In a recent TikTok video that has racked up 3.1 million views, an OnlyFans creator named Jaelyn, 22 explained how she was terminated from her job for being a "distraction" to her colleagues.
She claims after clocking into her job at a nursing home one day; she was greeted by a woman she had never met before who informed her that some of her coworkers were watching her exclusive content while on the lock and that the woman "can't have that happening every time that I work."
One user in the comment section weighed in, saying, "that is 110% a lawsuit... no questions asked. Unless it specifically says something in the code of conduct for that employer."
Other commenters also urged Jaelyn to make sure she documents everything and to file a wrongful termination complaint.
In a follow-up video, Jaelyn says she met up with the woman who terminated her and asked for a written explanation to send to a lawyer.
