Opponents say a new elections bill signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis makes it harder for Floridians to have their voices heard.
Fair Elections Center Policy Director and Senior Counsel Michelle Kanter Cohen says S-B 524 doubles down on voter intimidation and other barriers.
Cohen also voicing concern over a portion of the legislation that creates a police task force to investigate allegations of voter fraud.
