During a show at Miami Seaquarium on Saturday, one of the dolphins turned on his trainer and thrashed her in front of a shocked crowd. The scary video shows the trainer being rammed and lifted out of the water before finally getting away and frantically swimming to the pool's edge.
In a statement, park officials said the dolphin — named "Sundance — became spooked after running into the trainer.
According to the New York Post, this isn't the first controversy this park has faced. Last June, the USDA ripped the facility, issuing a 17-page report accusing it of animal welfare violations.
These included feeding animals rotten fish and neglecting their welfare in general.
