Troopers arrested 54-year-old Gregory Sorensen on Saturday evening in Pasco County after pulling him over and discovering his blood alcohol content was nearly triple the legal limit.
An already open 24-pack of Natural Lite beer was also found in the backseat. Sorenson is a driving instructor and was pulled over in a vehicle used to teach student drivers. The car even had "Student Driver" on the side of the car in large yellow letters.
“Hopefully, this isn’t part of the driving curriculum! #ArriveAlive and #dontdrinkanddrive” the Florida Highway Patrol wrote on its Twitter account.
