A woman wearing a Catwoman-like outfit tried to rob a South Florida gas station convenience store on Thursday.
Surveillance video captured the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Mandy Marlene Moore, as she walked into the Mobil mart at the corner of Northwest 183rd Street and 27th Avenue in Miami and tried to rob it on Thursday.
Moore was filmed wearing a silver mask, long black gloves, and an all black attire, resembling comic book villain Catwoman.
Store manager Mohammed Zaman told WSVN that Moore “told me, ‘Give me $500 or I’ll shoot you.'”
Zaman went inside the bulletproof cashier’s corner, locked the door, and called police, prompting Moore to flee.
Moore is alleged to have then tried to rob another man at a shopping center down the road from the Mobil gas station.
Officers caught up with her about a half a mile away and arrested her.
Moore faces two counts of attempted armed robbery while wearing a mask.
