A homeless man is facing charges after allegedly masturbating at a South Florida Starbucks on Friday.
Officers responded to a Miami Beach Starbucks after witnesses reported that 27-year-old Blake Reign was masturbating in public view.
When officers arrived, Reign fled, leading officers on a foot chase.
According to his arrest report, as officers tried to subdue Reign, they shot him with their dart-firing stun guns eight times, used “closed fist distraction blows” and kicked him in the lower back area.
Fire Rescue personnel took Reign to Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Reign is facing charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct in an establishment, and resisting an officer without violence.
He is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
A judge set his bond at $700.
