DADE CITY, FL -- The defense in the Curtis Reeves trial brought his wife to the stand, where she described the man he shot to death as "not polite."
Vivian Reeves testified Monday that Oulson said to her husband, "You told on me! Who the f do you think you are," and that Oulson said the F-word. "I thought (Oulson) was coming over (the seat) and it freaked me out," she said. Reeves insisted she was terrified of Oulson and that he was coming over the seat.
Reportedly, Oulson threw popcorn at Reeves before he was shot.
Earlier, the defense brought a USF professor described as an expert on aging who described Reeves, 71 then and 79 now, as vulnerable and afraid of Oulson, who was 43.
So far Tuesday, jurors have heard from an expert who says he was unable to identify the source of light in a surveillance video of the shooting, and from another eyewitness in the theater.
The judge has told jurors to expect a long day of testimony.
Reeves is accused of second-degree murder for shooting Oulson to death in a Wesley Chapel multiplex.
