What's Happening in Tampa This Weekend - January 14th-16th

It's MLK weekend and there are several events happening around the Tampa Bay area for you and your family to enjoy.

Throughout the weekend, the Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival: Music Fest 2022 will be happening at Curtis Hixon Park. It features sounds from R&B to reggae, old school, jazz and gospel.

There will be quite a few MLK parades happening that will take place throughout the weekend.

Dade City - On Saturday, January 15th, the city will be holding its MLK Parade throughout downtown Dade City, kicking off at 10 am. The parade is free to attend.

Plant City - If you feel like doubling up on the parades, when you are done in Dade City, make your way over to Plant City. Their parade will be held from noon to 3 and is also FREE.

Tampa - is waiting until MLK Day to host their parade! After taking some time off, the big MLK parade will be even larger than in 2020. Enjoy the festivities Monday, January 17th at Cuscaden Park, 2900 N 15th St., Tampa. 

If you've been itching to go ice skating at the St. Pete pier, you are running out of time. This is the FINAL weekend of Winter Beach.
