BRANDON -- A third COVID testing site in Hillsborough County filled up quickly Monday morning.
The county says the site at Hillsborough Community College's Brandon campus, accessible from East Columbus Drive, will open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
On the first day, Katja Miller with Hillsborough Emergency Management tells News Channel 8, wait times were around an hour and a half, compared with 40-60 minute waiting at the county's two other sites, on North Rome Avenue and Progress Village Park.
County staffers are asking patients not to show up at the COVID testing site before 9 a.m.
