A Treasure Coast beach is expected to reopen Monday after a shark attack on Sunday.
A man was in the water off Jensen Beach Park when he was bitten in what Martin County Fire Rescue calls his "extremities." There are unconfirmed reports that it was his ankle.
The man was taken to the hospital, but his condition is unknown.
It was the sixth shark attack on the Treasure Coast this year.
Lifeguards say when you see a lot of small fish in the water, stay out because that could mean a shark is nearby.
