Rescue responding to the Seminole Classic Casino in Hollywood.
Casino spokesman Gary Bitner says a fire suppression unit being installed exploded and burst through the drywall.
At least 20 injuries are reported with six people rushed to the hospital.
The casino has been evacuated as crews assess the damage.
