Florida's Jewish community is helping those affected by the Surfside condo collapse.

The Shul of Bal Harbour, which is just a mile away from the scene, has been greeting U-Haul trucks full of donated emergency supplies since just hours after the tragedy, and Rabbi Shalom Lipskar says they're not alone.

"It's one of the most beautiful things, unfortunately, in one of the most horrific disasters...when you see every synagogue literally collecting stuff."

He says the Shul is also providing beds and tents for those who are displaced by the collapse and don't want to stay in hotels.

They're also going to welcome anyone who wants to show up for Shabbat dinner, as the sabbath starts at sundown.
