Tropical Storm Isaias Forecast Takes Another Jog To The East

As of the 11 a.m. update from the National Hurricane Center, Tropical Storm Isaias is approaching the Dominican Republican with 60 mile per hour maximum sustained winds.

The storm is 50 miles Southwest of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and moving Northwest at 20 miles per hour.

The official forecast track from the National Hurricane Center has moved to the east again, leaving the entire west coast of Florida out of the cone of uncertainty.

On the current path, the center of the storm would be off the coast of Southeastern Florida at 8 p.m. Saturday.
