About Linda McKinnon - President and CEO
Linda McKinnon has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Central Florida Behavioral Health Network (CFBHN) since 2003. Under her direction the Network has grown from $4 million in annual revenues to $198 million annual revenues. CFBHN serves as the Managing Entity for the Florida Department of Children and Families in 14 counties of the west coast of Florida. The Network includes over 100 mental health, substance abuse treatment providers and community coalitions. Tasked with assuring that services are of the highest quality and address community issues and individual needs the Network serves over 100,000 uninsured individuals a year. Formally Ms. McKinnon was the Regional Mental Health and Substance Abuse Administrator for the Fl. Department of Children andFamilies, andserved for ten years as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Centerstone in Bradenton Florida. Ms. McKinnon currently serves on the Board of the National council for Behavioral Health and the Executive board of the Tampa Bay Regional Domestic Security Task Force Health and medical coalition. She is the past Chair of the Florida Association of Managing Entities and President of Florida National Association of Managing Entities. She is a Licensed Mental health Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with aMaster’s Degreefrom the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

CFBHN is a not for profit 501 (c) (3) corporation and a CARF International Accredited Services Management Network organization* contracting with community service organizations to provide a full array ofpublicallyfunded mental health and substance abuse services in theSunCoastcounties of Charlotte, Collier, Desoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sarasota. Services include acute care, residential treatment, housing, medical, outpatient, recovery support, and prevention.
