Brandon, Fla. (NewsRadio WFLA) -Deputies have arrested the person they say killed another man and left the victim behind the wheel of a van stopped in the middle of Woodberry Road, Monday night.
According to the Hillsborough Sheriffs Office, 21 year old Paul McCourt of Seffner met the unidentified victim to buy marijuana , when McCourt shot and robbed the man.
Deputies found the gunshot victim inside a mini-van, with the engine still running in the east bound lanes of Woodberry. McCourt is facing first degree murder and robbery with a firearm charges.
