More COVID-19 Testing & Vaccination Sites Opening

Miami-Dade county opening five new testing and vaccination sites over the weekend.

Mayor Daniella Levine Cava saying in a press release ... "The vast majority of those who end up in the hospital due to COVID are unvaccinated. We are calling on all those who are still unvaccinated to get the shot as soon as possible to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Broward officials opening two locations as well. The new sites for Broward residents 12 and older are in Davie and in North Lauderdale.

No word on if the state has plans to reopen its testing and vaccination sites with this latest surge.
