Spring Hill, Fla.-(Newsradio WFLA)-Hernando County deputies say a man who abducted a woman from her home here has been arrested in Citrus County. The victim was with the man when they were stopped by Citrus County deputies. She is okay.
Deputies say 21 year-old Ryland Wagoner broke into a home on Ambassador Avenue and attacked a teenage girl there and 34 year-old Shalyn Long. The teen tells deputies that Wagoner forced Long into his vehicle and took off.
Deputies say Wagoner and Long had been in a domestic relationship.
