Tampa Bay, Fla.-(2/4/2018)-It's a new year and time to try something new. I decided to observe the BIG GAME from a treadmill instead of occupying a space on the couch.
I guess I did what a lot of people pledge to do. I promised myself to exercise a bit more. Taking a few pounds off is a good thing.
I went out and bought a treadmill for the family. It beats walking in the summer heat. Maybe I can get my overweight dog to walk on the thing.
Thousands of people have purchased treadmills when they make a healthy resolution. Many have been transitioned into coat racks after just a few months of service. I am hoping the new piece of exercise equipment will motivate me to take better care of myself.
One thing I have found is that it's hard to get to the bean dip while you're walking the mill and trying to watch a game. I should have bought the model with the drink holder.
