Tampa police say an anonymous tip has lead to the arrest of the man police believe attacked and robbed a woman at an Amscot ATM machine early Monday morning.
Surveillance video shows the man hovering near the woman, then grabbing her and trying to take her money. Another person standing nearby walks away.
Police say investigators were able to positively identify the suspect as 43-year-old Charles McGee, who is currently in jail on unrelated charges.
